Common questions
Why not just use WordPress?
WordPress is fine for some businesses, and we still build on it when it’s the right fit. But a custom-coded site has far fewer moving parts: no plugin stack to patch, faster pages, less to attack, and it’s built for AI search from the start. For most small businesses that means a faster, more secure site that’s easier to find, with less to maintain.
Do you ever build on WordPress?
Yes, when it fits, for example when your team already runs on it. Most of our builds are custom-coded.
What does “AI-powered” mean here?
Two things. We build with AI-assisted development and copywriting, which is how we deliver a custom-coded site at this price. And the site is structured to be found and quoted by AI answer engines (AEO/GEO), not only ranked by Google.
How long does a build take?
A typical build is scoped at 30–45 days from kickoff. Page count, how quickly content and feedback come back, and any change in scope are what move it.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support once the site is complete. After that, you can add a monthly support plan (from $200/mo, depending on what you need), or run it yourself: every client gets a closeout packet with the logins, ownership details and how-to for their site. Without a support plan, changes after the 30 days are on you.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. We draft copy and content from your discovery session, using AI to move fast, then edit it ourselves.
What about hosting and domain costs?
We set up hosting and your domain as part of the build. Ongoing hosting and domain costs depend on your setup, and we spell them out in your proposal before you sign anything.
Can it connect to my CRM and booking tools?
Yes. If you use a CRM, your contact forms can connect to it at launch. Deeper lead routing, tagging and follow-up is our Leads System, which we can scope with you.
