How much does a custom AI build cost?

It depends on what you need, so every build starts with a Business Systems Audit ($2,500). It tells you what to build first and what it will cost, and includes a $500 credit toward a build or package if you sign with us within 30 days of accepting the report.

What is RAG, and do I need it?

Retrieval-augmented generation: the AI looks up the answer in your own documents and data before it responds, instead of guessing. If your team spends time hunting for information in files, email or old projects, it usually pays off quickly.

Is my data safe with AI in the loop?

Security is designed in from the start. On S.C.A.R. Group’s platform that meant MFA on every account, encryption at rest and in transit, and virus-scanned uploads. In WarTable, agents act only after you approve.

Who owns what you build?

You do. We set accounts up in your name, as we did for S.C.A.R. Group, and you get a closeout packet with the documentation and access you need to run it, with or without us.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Usually. Most modern tools have APIs we can connect to, and WarTable itself connects to more than 3,000 apps plus anything with an MCP server.
