Who we are

This policy explains what personal information Freestyle Consulting, LLC ("Freestyle Consulting," "we," "us") collects when you use freestyleconsulting.com (the "Site") or work with us, how we use it, and who we share it with. Freestyle Consulting, LLC is located at 9621 Lackland Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63114, United States. You can reach us at support@freestyleconsulting.com.

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, email, company, phone number and message, so we can answer your inquiry.
Freestyle Collective partner application: your name, email, business, website and your answers about your work and network, so we can review your application.
F-5 Self-Assessment: your email, your first name if you give it, and your assessment results (your overall score and verdict, your score for each engine, and your biggest opportunity). We email you your results and occasional insights and offers related to them.
Newsletter ("The Operator's Brief"): your email, so we can send it to you.
Chat: anything you type, record or attach in the chat on the Site, and the name and email you give it, so we can reply. Some replies are generated by AI, and a member of our team may take over the conversation. The chat has an optional box, unticked until you tick it, to also get Freestyle Consulting updates by email. When the chat tool loads, it records the pages you view, the site that referred you and your approximate location, so we can see where inquiries come from. It loads only if you allow cookies (see below).
Booking a call: the details you enter when you book a call on our booking calendar (run by GoHighLevel).
Payments: when you pay an invoice from us, the payment is handled by Stripe. Your card or bank details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. If you're a Freestyle Collective partner, we collect the bank account details and the W-9 tax form you give us, to pay your commissions and meet our tax reporting obligations.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting provider and the tools described below automatically receive standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and similar usage data. Some of these tools use cookies or similar technologies to recognize your browser across visits.

Analytics and advertising

We use the following tools to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. They collect usage data, including across different websites over time, through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, and the companies that provide them may combine it with other information they hold about you.

Google Analytics 4, with Google signals enabled, and Google Ads conversion measurement. Google may use this data to measure ads and, for people signed in to Google, across devices. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the results of our ads and to show ads to people who have visited the Site. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Ahrefs Web Analytics, which measures visits without using cookies.

You can manage how Google and Meta use your information for advertising in your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics, and the Digital Advertising Alliance offers an industry opt-out for interest-based ads. You can also limit cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies and your choices

The analytics and advertising tools above, and the chat tool, use cookies, pixels or similar browser storage. One setting covers all of them. How it works depends on where you are:

In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: none of them run until you click Accept in the cookie banner. We determine your region from your IP address when you visit.
Everywhere else: they're on by default, and you can turn them off at any time with Privacy choices, at the bottom of every page.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as turning them off, unless you've made a different choice in Privacy choices.

You can withdraw your consent or change your choice at any time with Privacy choices. We keep your choice in a cookie for a year, and when you turn them off we delete the identifiers these tools stored in your browser. Embedded videos, the booking calendar and the fonts the Site uses are served by YouTube, GoHighLevel and Google whatever you choose. The Site doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals.

How we use your information

To answer your inquiries and schedule and hold consultations;
To review partner applications;
To send you your F-5 results, our newsletter, and related emails, and to follow up on chats;
To understand how the Site is used, and to measure and improve our marketing;
To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
To meet our legal obligations.

Email and text messages

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We send text messages only if you've agreed to receive them, for example reminders about a call you've booked. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can also email us to be removed.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as described here:

Service providers who run the Site and our business tools for us: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), GoHighLevel (our customer database, email and text messaging, the booking calendar, and the chat on the Site, which uses Cloudflare to block bots), Stripe (invoice payments), Google (analytics, ads measurement and fonts), Meta (ads measurement), Ahrefs (analytics) and YouTube (embedded video).
WarTable, LLC, our affiliated company, which receives F-5 Self-Assessment results (your email, first name and scores) and may contact you about its products.
Others, when required: if the law requires it, to protect our rights, safety or property, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

We don't share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, other than the service providers that send messages for us.

We don't sell your personal information for money or rent our contact lists. We do let Google and Meta collect information on the Site for advertising, as described above. You can turn that off with Privacy choices or a Global Privacy Control signal.

We're based in the United States and process your information there.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, to keep our business records, or as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Your requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing support@freestyleconsulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under the privacy laws that apply to you.

If you're in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: we rely on your consent for the analytics, advertising and chat tools, which you can withdraw at any time with Privacy choices; on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and running our business for the other uses above; and on our contract with you when you're a client or partner. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is for businesses and professionals and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will appear on this page.
