New: Business Acquisitions

Buying or selling a business?

We get the systems ready for the deal.

Selling

Exit Readiness

Present the business at its best.

Why it matters

Buyers pay for a business that runs without you.

  • It depends on the owner
  • The processes live in people’s heads
  • The tech and data are a mess

Every gap is a question a buyer will ask.

What we do

  1. AssessAll 5 engines and 25 systems, scored with a buyer’s questions in mind.
  2. OptimizeDocument the processes, reduce owner dependence, clean up the tech.
  3. PackageAn operating manual, a data room in WarTable and a walkthrough.

Buying

Diligence & Integration

Know what you’re buying, then make it run.

Why it matters

You’re buying the systems, not just the revenue.

  • Key people the business can’t lose
  • Processes nobody wrote down
  • Tools and data that don’t add up

Find them before the close, not after.

What we do

  1. AuditBefore the close: processes, people, tools and data.
  2. ReportWhat’s solid, what’s fragile and what it will take to fix.
  3. IntegrateAfter the close: systems in place, team trained.

Common questions

Do you value businesses or broker deals?
No. We don’t value businesses, broker deals, or give legal, tax, financial or investment advice. We work on the systems, processes and technology, alongside your broker, accountant and attorney.
Do you work for both sides of the same deal?
No. On any one deal, we work for one side.
How early should a seller start?
As early as you can. Documenting processes and moving work off the owner takes time to stick, and buyers want to see it running, not just written down. Book a briefing call and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for your timeline.
What does the seller’s assessment cost?
The Exit-Readiness Assessment is our Comprehensive Business Audit: $8,500, with a $500 credit toward a build or package if you sign with us within 30 days of accepting the report. The optimization work and the buyer-ready package are scoped from what the assessment finds.
We’re buying a business. Where do we start?
With an audit before you close: the $8,500 Comprehensive Business Audit for the whole operation, or the $2,500 Business Systems Audit for the tech and tools. It needs the seller’s cooperation for access. It’s an operational review, not a replacement for financial, legal or quality-of-earnings diligence. After the close, we scope the implementation from what we found.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We’re happy to sign an NDA before we see anything, and we can work with a small group on your side if the team doesn’t know about the sale yet.
Will the package help with the buyer’s diligence?
That’s what it’s for. It’s built to answer the operational questions a diligence team asks. What gets shared with a buyer, and how, is your decision, made with your attorney.
Have you done this before?
Not as an acquisitions practice. It’s a market we’re growing into. The work itself is what we do every day: mapping how a business runs, fixing the systems and putting them in place. The case studies on this page are systems projects, not sales.
